Dr. Howard N. Robinson has been practicing medicine for nearly 40 years, making him one of the most experienced and knowledgeable plastic surgeons in Miami. He received his doctor of medicine degree in 1972 from St. Louis University School of Medicine, and has gone on to have successful stints at some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the country, including the University of Florida, St. John’s Mercy Medical Center and the University of Illinois’ Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine.

He has contributed to a variety of medical publications on topics ranging from thermal injuries to treatment of burned children, and he’s given presentations to the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American Burn Association and the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, among others. Dr. Robinson is also dedicated to educating a new crop of surgeons, as he’s held positions as instructor of surgery at the University of Illinois and lecturer at Cook County Graduate School of Medicine. Certified by the National and American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Robinson is an active member of the Broward County Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Greater Miami Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the Florida Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, among others.
