Dr. Roger Russell

Dr. Roger Russell is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and received his M.D. degree at the Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. He completed a general surgery residency at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk where he also completed his training in plastic surgery. He has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1984. Dr. Russell is active in many plastic surgery organizations and medical societies and has served as president of the North Carolina Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Through his membership in the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, he has earned the Certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Donald Oschwald

Dr. Oschwald is a graduate of the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque where he continued on to receive his M.D. degree. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington and then continued with his plastic surgery training at the University of New Mexico. He has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1987. Dr. Oschwald has been the president of the medical staff at Raleigh Community Hospital as well as the Chief of Surgery at Wake Medical Center.

Dr. Richard Carlino

Dr. Carlino is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. and the Rutgers Medical School in Piscataway, N.J. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, M.A., and became Board Certified in General Surgery. He continued with his plastic surgery training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C. and completed at Hand Fellowship in Louisville, K.Y. He has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1994.
