Dr. Miller earned his doctoral degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1986. His subsequent training included a general surgery residency at Cleveland's Case Western Reserve Hospital, and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Miller's academic positions have included Associate Instructor of Plastic Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and his current position as Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery with Albany Medical College.
