Cuzalina, MD, DDS has been named President of the American Academy of
Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Cuzalina was officially named President at the
AACS' 27th Annual Scientific Meeting in Phoenix.

president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery," Dr.
Cuzalina says. "I am taking over a position from a long line of

Dr. Cuzalina, who has performed more than 10,000 cosmetic surgical
procedures in the last 13 years, has lectured on cosmetic surgery all
over the world. He is particularly renowned for his expertise in body
contouring after massive weight loss along with simultaneous breast
lift and augmentation and rhinoplasty.
Dr. Cuzalina presides over a spectacular state-of-the-art
accredited surgical facility at Tulsa Surgical Arts. Since beginning
his private practice in 1998, he has become a leader in the field of
cosmetic surgery, culminating in the AACS Presidential appointment.
In addition to his talents in medicine, Dr. Cuzalina was a
collegiate wrestler at national powerhouse, Oklahoma State, and
qualified for the U.S. National Greco-Roman and Freestyle teams,
where he medalled in the world championships in 1982 and '85. Today,
Dr. Cuzalina is an avid scuba diver and enjoys art and traveling with
wife, Paige, and children, Nico and Francesca.
The American Academy of Cosmetic
