Dr. O'Toole is a native of Southern California and has been in Pasadena since 1988. Dr. O'Toole completed six years of training in general surgery at Huntington Memorial Hospital including a year as chief resident and is board certified in surgery.

He trained two additional years in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Texas A and M University. He is also Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. His plastic surgery training was very comprehensive and included the latest reconstructive procedures such as microvascular surgery for small blood vessels and nerves repaired under a microscope.

His training also emphasized those latest aesthetic procedures such as endoscopes brow and face-lifts and the use of lasers for skin resurfacing, removing birthmarks and pigmented spots as well as tattoo removal. He has attended many of the latest national conferences on aesthetic surgery procedures and continues to keep abreast of the latest innovative developments.

American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery was certified his work in cosmetic procedures.

He is the member of many professional organizations like American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation, California Society of Plastic Surgery, California Medical Association, Los Angeles County Medical Association and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

He performs some medical procedures like breast augmentation, breast reduction,breast reconstruction, breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, arm lift, male breast, reduction, thighplastyhhr, and facelift.
